Day Trip in Phnom Penh (-/L/-)

Morning: After breakfast, Pick up from your hotel by our professional English or France Speaking Tour Guide then transfer to visit Royal Palace which was built in 1866 under the French protectorate and King Norodom, the Silver Pagoda which was constructed at the end of 19th century

and renovated in 1962, Elephant Museum (Rung Damrei Hall and exhibition).

Then we will continue to visit National Museum (Located next to Royal Palce was dedicated by King Sisowath in 1920, over 5000 objects are on display including Angkorian era statues), Wat Phnom (Legend had it that in 1372 a lady Penh “Yeay Penh” fished a floating Koki Tree out of the river, inside the tree were four Buddha statues. She built a hill “Hill mean Phnom” and small temple “Temple mean Wat” at what is now the site known as Wat Phnom. Later, the surrounding area become known after the hill “Phnom” and its creator “Penh”, hence the name of the city “Phnom Penh” which the current temple was last rebuilt in 1926), Independence Monument (Vimean Ekareach which was inaugurated in November 09, 1962).

Lunch at local restaurant.

After lunch, we will visit Russian Market (Phsar Toul Tom Poung) for varies selection of souvenirs, curios and silk… Then we will visit Toul Sleng Genocide Museum (S-21, Prison) which the chief of this prison during their Pol Pot Genocide Regime had arrested and sent to International Court for a
